Quality Assurance Support

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can provide the Muslimah Prayer Space team with excellent quality assurance support and help monitor and update the key prayer space locator feature on the Muslimah app.

Note these positions are unpaid and designed for individuals looking to add to their portfolio/being part of an emerging organisation focusing on empowering Muslim women and looking to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the prayer space information on the Muslimah app is correct and follows the standard format.
• Upload verified prayer space information on to the Muslimah admin panel. This information must then be communicated to the relevant team members.
• Actively ensure information is up to date by doing regular reviews as well as actioning user/mosque updates.
• Relay any new additions to the admin panel to the social media team who can then promote on the Muslimah social media pages.
• Regularly review methods and strategies to improve efficiency and speed.

Essential Skills

• Clear and effective communication. 
  
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing scenarios.
  
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
